As more people will be in their homes for extended times than ever before in our nations history, it is possible for the issues of pest related concerns to increase. We also realize that during this time, residents of our multi family communities, owners of our serviced food processing facilities, the grocery stores, medical institutions, warehouses, and even the single family homes we service will have heightened concerns when a pest issue arises. I want to ensure you that our team will be available to meet your needs.

As many areas, communities, and apartment communities are putting a “shelter in place” order into effect or “locking down” their sites, please know that pest management services are considered essential services, and as such we will continue to provide the necessary preventative and remediation services to ensure a pest free environment.

The protocols we put in place and recently updated require the following of all staff who work on-site at your properties

  • We are requiring that each office performs a daily health screening of all employees for symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting or diarrhea.
  • Use of N95 filtering face pieces or cartridge respirators when entering any occupied unit or space for treatment or inspection.
  • Use of protective gloves (5-mil minimum) inside of units and protective gloves (15-mil minimum) while working with any product.
  • Use of protective eyewear by all employees entering units.
  • Use of protective clothing (specially laundered uniforms) worn by each employee at all times.
  • Required hand washing prior to each appointment and upon completion of each appointment, along with regularly performed hand washing as necessary.
  • Disinfecting of all equipment used both before and after each service.
  • Social distancing as outlined by our government officials, you will notice our technicians standing back at least 3 feet, or in some cases even remaining outside of occupied spaces or offices to ensure distancing is met.
  • If any staff member exhibits any sign of illness they are being asked to stay home for 14 days, where applicable they will work from home, but we will not risk the health of our other staff or our valuable customers. We will error on the side of caution, even if the illness is not linked to Covid-19.

We are now offering virtual inspections via FaceTime and ZOOM

We understand that people would prefer not to have routine inspections performed in their home during this time. We want to make you feel safe and comfortable, while still being able to service your home or apartments.
